Car
Parking is available at the ZUM (ЗУМ) shopping centre for a fee.
The underground parking garage costs 100 RUB per hour and is located directly beneath the shopping centre. Vehicle access is from Architect Melnikov Street. The museum is a five-minute walk from the shopping centre.

Bus stop "Prospekt Likhacheva"
Bus M9 to the stop "Prospekt Likhacheva", then 10 minutes on foot: Marc Chagall Embankment → Rodchenko Street → Vesnin Brothers Boulevard, 3.

Stop "MFC Danilovsky"
Buses 766, 944, c799 to the Danilovsky MFC stop, then a 14‑minute walk: through the underpass to 7012 Projected Passage Street, then through Likhachev Avenue, turn left along Architect Melnikov Street and turn left again on Rodchenko Street to the museum cube building.

ZIL Station (Troitskaya line)
2Exit through exit 2 and you will immediately see Tyufelev Grove Park and the museum building. Walk through the park and go around the building on the right side to see three stone sculptures by artist D. Kaminker along the way. A maximum of 8 minutes on foot will take you to the museum.

ZIL MCC Station
Exit through exit 2, immediately turn right and move along Lisitsky Street along the railway tracks (you will have to pass through the construction corridor). When you reach the ZIL metro station, turn right and walk through Tyufelev Grove Park to the museum building.

Tickets for the museum's events can be purchased on the website, as well as at the ticket office and terminals located in the atrium on the ground floor. The museum does not sell tickets, season tickets and tour packages in other ways and does not grant the right to sell them to third parties.

- To return tickets purchased at the ticket office or terminals, please refund statement and give it to the cashier or mail it to the museum.

Visiting Guidelines
Dear visitors,
We are happy to welcome you to the museum and want your visit to be as comfortable as possible. Please review the following guidelines and practical information:
- Access to the museum building, including the ground floor and atrium, is free.
- Tickets are required to visit exhibitions and events within the educational program.
- Entry to exhibitions closes 30 minutes before the museum's closing time.
- We recommend planning your visit accordingly. The optimal visit duration is approximately two hours.
- On weekends and public holidays, please allow extra time due to higher visitor numbers and possible queues at the cloakroom and in exhibition halls.
- For security reasons, all visitors are required to pass through security screening upon entry.
- Animals are not currently permitted inside the museum.
- When visiting exhibitions, events, and interactive spaces, please leave outerwear and any bulky items at the cloakroom. Lockers are also available.

Amateur photography and video recording are permitted throughout ZILART Museum, except in areas where photography and filming are specifically prohibited.
All photography and filming must be carried out in a way that does not pose a risk to the artworks or interfere with other visitors. Please pay attention to posted notices and follow the instructions of museum administrators, gallery attendants, and security staff.
What is permitted:
- Taking photos and videos on a smartphone or camera for personal, non-commercial use
- Photographing and filming artworks in the exhibitions Step Off the Pedestal: Sculpture in Real Space (2nd and 3rd floors) and African Art: Gods, Ancestors, Life (4th floor)
- Photographing and filming in the atrium and in areas outside the exhibition galleries
What is not permitted:
- Photographing or filming at Grisha Bruskin's exhibition Dies Illa on the 5th floor
- Using flash photography or any additional light sources, including flashes on smartphones and cameras. This disturbs other visitors and disrupts the exhibition lighting, which is designed to work well for photography without flash.
- Conducting professional photo, video, or film shoots, or recording reports using audio or video equipment without prior permission from the museum
- Bringing into the museum or using professional equipment without approval, including tripods, monopods or selfie sticks, studio lights, reflectors, ring lights, steadicams, gyroscopic stabilizers, action cameras, camcorders, lavalier or on-camera microphones, and other professional gear
- Bringing into the museum or using dashcams, drones, quadcopters, or any type of unmanned aerial vehicles
- Organizing staged photo shoots or filming sessions involving models, posing, or props
- Photographing or filming visitors or museum staff without their consent
Professional and Commercial Photography:
To arrange professional or commercial photography or filming that involves special equipment, models, or props, please submit a request in advance with a detailed description of the shoot to the museum's PR department at pr@zilartmuseum.ru.
Please note that professional and commercial shoots may only take place on Mondays, when the museum is closed to visitors.
The museum administration reserves the right to refuse permission for filming or photography on museum premises without providing a reason.
